We started email and verbal conversations. I could tell from his voice and his expertise that I wouldn't be taking a chance. We negotiated a price more than half the price of the local vender. He followed up with a lower price after he did more research. Prior to the start of work, he prepared a well-written contract exchanged on-line. The estimated agreed start date was 3/10/2025. He arrived as promised on 3/10/2025 and my judge of character based upon our phone conversations proved very accurate. He is a fine young business person, and as I observed him, it was clear that he knew what he was doing. The job is complete. I am VERY highly satisfied. I already made a referral to a friend who also needs HVAC work. He earned five stars!"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Had a leak in the house while we were out of town. They were quick to show up. Then proceeded to disconnect the internet, cameras, security system and heating controls. Not a good thing to happen while you are away. They informed our neighbor the cost and that we would be billed. I told the neighbor that all the systems were disconnected. They told her it wasn’t them. I called the company and was told “they found an empty plug and didn’t unplug anything”. Days later I got someone to the house to reconnect what they had unplugged. After informing them of their mistake, I was told that my house was unsafe and they would have plugged it back in if I had asked them. Say wha?? Gaslight much? They also proceeded to bill my credit card the day of their visit. No apologies, no accountability, no professionalism, no courtesy, no nothing. Just Overpriced, Rude and dishonest. Avoid"
