Tom has done a few projects for us! -Installing our propane fireplace lines -installing our propane fireplace insert -cleaning and getting our old propane fireplace working downstairs -moving our pellet stove downstairs and customized the pipes exactly as we wanted it. I can’t think of all the details as there was so much he’s done Tom is so knowledgeable, professional, respectful, kind and always takes the time to explain things in detail so you have a clear understanding of the job itself and the whys behind what is being done. He doesn’t take any short cuts, doing things right the first time which feels very rare these days. If I have random questions/concerns about my fireplaces, he always takes the time to answer them. Tom and team made this process seamless. Efficient and professional.
