He will not respond and God forbid you need him in an emergency, because Night one of his unit Leaked. Iâ ve had issues with him in the past and decided to give him a second chance. But there wonâ t be a third. The people who referred me to him or now using someone else for the same reason."

Billy's entire team actually turned up on a Saturday for the installation in one of the coldest days of 2022 and worked outdoors and in the limited crawl space in freezing temperatures just so we could beat the upcoming storm the next day. Theor conduct was extremely courteous and professional throughout and they left us all feeling very happy and contented. Billy and his team have helped us on earlier occasions too in fixing the older unit and were exemplary even then. NEVER have we felt we were overcharged or received undervalue service"
