Pro had appointment available for the same day and arrived on time. He thoroughly reviewed what was needed, explain the options and did a remarkable job replacing wiring and got thermostat connected and working. Great experience and I recommend them highly.

Bob and Tom are great contractors. They not only did an awesome job replacing my water heater, they also identified issues in my chimney while they were connecting the vent pipe for the water heater. I will hire them again for separate HVAC projects.

Bobby from Charles Mechanical was super!! He helped to analyze the problem with my mini-split air conditioner/heat inverter. The unit was running but was not producing heat. After analyzing the situation Bobby determined that there was not enough refrigerant in the coils. He added the necessary amount of 410A and the system is working perfectly. Bobby is a great technician and very nice to work with. I will call him for future needs and recommend him to my friends.
