I had to chase them for scheduling. First step was an estimate for work, that went smoothly. Then I didn't hear from them. Had to chase for a quote and to get the work scheduled. Then, the electrician came out and didn't have the right gauge wire. Had to chase again for the re-work. Overall I thought the price was fair and the staff was friendly/respectful.
