This is a wonderful locksmith company! Was recommended by my handyman. Andrew asked all sorts of questions to make sure he was providing the right equipment. Frank, wearing gloves, showed up in the morning and replaced a cheap lock another locksmith had installed, and replaced the Segal lock on my front door. Such a great guy! Professional., kind, respected the 6+ social distancing rule (as did we). Will only use this company from now on.

I called to make an appointment, where they said they could come the next day. That was fine with me. The lock broke in the lock position so it was secure. I told them what brand of lock it was and they said they were familiar with the brand. Later that same day, they called me back saying they had a cancellation and could come in 30 minutes. I had no office meetings scheduled so I zoomed home. As I pulled up, they arrived as well. They took care of the lock in about half an hour. They had to break into the lock but made no damage to the garage door doing so. They also lubricated the garage door tracks making the door open and close much more easily. I feel I had a very good experience with this locksmith, and their pricing was fair.

Description of Work: Horrible group Saw this company on the internet, as it was close to our new house we thought it make things alot easier getting our locks changed so we went in to see them |John seemed friendly enough and was helpful, as i had done my research already i knew what i wanted. |Told him what i wanted and he made some suggestions that made sense, he told me he would order the parts and then i'd pay when they arrived. A few days passed and he called to say the parts should be in on the next day, ten days after i didn't hear from him so i said to my wife this guy doesn't want our business let us call someone else, she told me give him a call so i did spoke to john again whom is now telling me he wasn't the one that ordered the parts and that he would speak to the guy and get back to me that was six days ago. John also wanted us to go with a way in witch his company would be the only company able to cut keys for my locks which we decline to have. Take your business elsewhere this company obviously doesn't care about its customers or potential ones.

Everyone is aware there's two sides to every story, I'll skip the story and address the facts. You clearly researched the locks you wanted. We recommended a better version (same cost) that was in Your best interest rather than ours (opposite of what you describe). Also because of the long delivery time in ordering the version you wanted. Since the customer is always right, we special ordered your locks in the appropriate colors. Since we waived the usual "Special Order" deposit, you've lost $0.00, No out of pocket cost at all. As of today, the locks are on still on our shelf. We haven't called, harassed, invoiced or reviewed you, in any way about this. By your own admission, you ultimately purchased the very same locks we suggested to you during our consultation. We are a Long Island, family owned business. Serving our neighbors for over 50 years. Our business survives on trust and work of mouth, so it is extremely evident that we are more than fair and treat our customers well. I'll apologize for your experience with us, but not for our intentions. Especially since you followed our recommendations precisely, albeit with another locksmith. wouldn't even send someone to my house for an estimate even though I told them that time is of the essence

He looked at it and couldn't find out what was wrong with it and he asked me to call them back if there was any problem and that he will come out and fix it. They were responsive because I just called them this weekend and they came out. They told me what time they were coming and they were here between that time.

Billy was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he install the requested safety cables, but he also changed the pulleys on our garage door so that it operated more smoothly. He also assisted us with re-setting the code on our keypad.
