"I used stone to upgrade the electric in my house and connect my hot tub and pool. The crew that came to my home were good... But if you have a question about something Sean is nowhere to be found. You have to go thru the secretary who is absolutely clueless to ask a question. The only time you see Sean is when he comes to your house for the estimate. After that he is unobtainable. When you call in the morning with a question your lucky if you get an answer by the end of the day or the next day. I found them to be overpriced, rude and even nasty at times. I would never use them again"

"After getting several quotes, last year we hired GenReady to install a house generator. Ed, the owner of the company impressed us from the start. He was knowledgeable and patiently explained the process as well as answering our questions. We knew right away that GenReady was the company for us. Lindsay kept us up to date as we moved along in the process. Our generator was installed last July. Andrew and his team installed the generator with expertise and efficiency. They took care to leave our house and yard spotless. Lindsay and Andrew were always happy to answer my questions and address me concerns. We’ve needed the generator only once (thank goodness) when our power went out due to a necessary power line repair after a car crashed into a utility pole on our street. When the power went out, our generator turned on within seconds. Our house was up and running for the four hours the line repair took, and if it weren’t for the blink of lights, we never would have known our generator was running. Every other week, our generator self tests for a few minutes giving us peace mind that it will be here for us if and when we need it. Just like the generator, GenReady is a company that runs efficiently and seamlessly. Just today, Lindsay called to tell me someone would be coming tomorrow to change the oil which reminded me that I am long overdue in submitting this well deserved rave review. "Initially, working with Universe went very well when we replaced a central air unit and installed a single-head and triple-head ductless unit... for about 1 season. After that, numerous issues arose (under warranty) from full line-replacement on the ductless units to having to come back to repair a wired connection that was reversed. This caused the AC to not work and have lots of moisture leak through our units. Additionally, pretty much EVERY season we have had an issue with our "brand new efficient systems" not working or failing. We leveraged the warranty and figured all the "kinks" of the installation were worked out over the first few years. Now, with the warranty expired for a year, we have had to have them back to our house several times with a service charge with absolutely zero consideration for the large project we have done with them and our dedicated customer history. We paid for those, thinking we would be done with repairs, as the tech said... Two days ago, with one single-head unit not powering up, they wanted to charge $285 just to show up to take a look at the issue... couldn't even send someone over when convenient to take a quick look... Severely disappointed in this "family business" that treats loyal/dedicated customers as a number. Their installation of ductless systems seems mediocre at best."
