You can hear them in the wall sometimes. They were coming out of the light fixture. It was about time when I found C&C, he came and reassured me things will get better. I have him come monthly and I am happy to report these bugs are gone. I might see one in the basement from time to time in one of the trap he places . The difference brings me peace of mine. "I hired this company to remove a squirrel from my attic. Like other reviews have stated, Louis Jr. was always professional and friendly. Louis Sr. on the other hand, is disrespectful and has no professionalism or integrity. He sent me a picture of the work that needed repair on my roof. He told me of all the years of his ?professional experience ? as a roofer. When he did the repair, he said it wasn?t a roof repair, it was a gutter repair, which was NOT what he initially told me. When I asked for pictures of the work done for insurance purposes, he said he would, via text and straight to my face. He never sent the pictures. I followed up several times asking for the pictures to be sent, very politely. After being ignored for a week, I texted and left a follow up voicemail, simply asking what was promised to me. He literally sent me a text response telling me ?he did not like my text, and never to call him for any services again. The nerve!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Beware!"
