C&C Pest Control

I had a major problem with water bugs since I purchased my house. The bugs were everywhere and will appear randomly in every part in the house. I called different Pest control and nothing worked. You can hear them in the wall sometimes. They were coming out of the light fixture. It was about time when I found C&C, he came and reassured me things will get better. I have him come monthly and I am happy to report these bugs are gone. I might see one in the basement from time to time in one of the trap he places . The difference brings me peace of mine. I talk to other Extermination Services? and they said I need to do a couple things first, but he came and he looked and he did the work and the best thing I like about him is he guarantee it for at least a month he said if we see any rats within the month, he will come back for free. Please give him a high rating and I do recommend him. !!!!

Job was for Roaches, I reached out to C&C, got a reasonable quote ($350 for 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms + a 2 week follow up) had a few questions answered quickly via text, and scheduled an appointment. once scheduled, C&C told me to empty kitchen cabinets in preparation. I did all that had food, all that had visible roach remains. When he arrived , he said I had to empty 100% of the cabinets. This slightly vague communication was ok, not great. He did the work, in a careful an conscientious way. After the gel-baiting, he said he would spray the cabinets and kitchen, and after that, we should leave the kitchen area for 1 week. I was surprised that we were expected to not use the kitchen for a week, and told him: that's the kind of news you should tell customers at the start!" His response was, ok, use kitchen next day. I don't understand what the 7 days is for if 1 is enough? Why start with that? Our interest was in 1) a job well done, roaches exterminated for as long as possible. And at same time, 2) house left in condition where we (family and dog) were not at risk of any poisoning or similar from the treatment he used. So if 1 day gets same quality as 7? or might 7 days be a more effective treatment? I couldn't get a clear answer from him. I asked for the MTSD data sheets for the products he used, as he couldn’t give me a sense of what the reasoning/risks were. He sent them. Before he left, I paid him the $350, and we scheduled his follow-up. I told him I expected we would have to reschedule, as tenants needed to be consulted, he seemed ok with this. Once I had spoken to the tenants, I had new dates to propose to C&C. I tried texting, calling and asking tenants to contact him. None of these approaches got a reply. I found C&C’s website, and sent them a message there. So In the end: 1) They have not delivered on what was promised for the amount paid. 2) their communication started ok, but once they had the money, they lost their professional approach. I’d not hire them again.

Lou is a true professional. From the first phone call to setting up an appointment to getting the job done! I appreciate his follow up in making sure the bees have not returned. I feel comfortable reaching out to him if I ever have another insect/pest problem. Highly recommend

He did great job

Lou was great, he saved us! We had a swarm of bees in our front yard that were entering our house. He was very thorough and fixed the problem. Very pleased with the service, highly recommend!

We had 6-7 rats in the front of our apartment complex. There were about 6-7 burrows and I saw no end to that madness. Lou was reassuring and helpful in trusting that the fumigation process would be successful. After the 2nd fumigation, we started seeing results and after the 3rd try we saw less and less movement. It's been about a month since we booked C&C to handle this situation and we officially see no rats in the front of our complex. This was effective, simple and affordable. Would def refer C&C!

Great, they were very responsive , professional, and efficient.

It went excellent! He was very detailed and searched every room for possible entry points. He sealed our door and put out different methods to catch the mice in every single room. He also made sure he didn’t put out anything to harm our cat. He was knowledgeable about rodents and how to catch them. He arrived on time and didn’t rush to do his job. He was very helpful and very informative about prevention and things we could do to eliminate the problem. We will definitely hire him again and he also does follow ups which is great. Highly recommended!

Louchard Raymond came on Saturday, May 13, 2023, responding to my emergency request to help with roach infestation. He was accommodating, very kind, and very thorough. He took his time and applied different methods. He also offered clear explanations and waned me and my family to leave the apartment for two and a half hours after he sprayed at the end. The situation was terrible but he did help, while our building management refused to help on the weekend. Louchard also offered a free follow up visit in one or two weeks. Sine there is an immunocompromised person in this apartment, we were very grateful to him for doing a great job in a very pleasant way. I would recommend him and/or his company to anyone who has pest control issues.

Everything went well. Louchard Raymond showed empathy and concern with helping us to rectify the problem. He took time to assist with setting traps to get rid of the mice. C & C answered my prayers. OMG, I cannot express how grateful I am. The customer service was great and they got rid of my pest problem, also went above and beyond to make sure they don’t come back. The covered every area possible, very thorough service. It’s very reassuring to have an exterminator who cares deeply and wants to ensure that the job is done well.

Maintenance is key. Owner Raymond is knowledgeable, responsive and honest. This is important when dealing with a frustrating issue. The problem is contained and disaster prevented.

Basically Mr.Raymond is very respectful and understanding. He goes into full detail with everything. Let me know what cause certain things and what to avoid. Since he completed a job for me I haven’t seen any rodents.
