"Strongly suggest you avoid this company. We had David redo our pool last year (retile and paint primarily - appx $20k). In the process of preparing the pool for painting, David?s team damaged the main drain. He never tested it before ordering water to refill the pool so the pool was leaking water as we filled it and we ended up paying over $6k for water AND ran our well dry. He had someone temporarily patch the drain but the fix lasts only 1 year. In addition, the paint he applied began peeling within 2 months. We complained and David came to see the peeling paint and temporary patch and acknowledged he needed to fix it at the end of last season and agreed to do so before this summer. I have been following up with him for months to get a plan in place and while he was initially responsive, he has now ghosted me. He?s not answering calls or emails. Despite having since October to come up with a plan, he?s not communicated a thing. I?m going to be filing suit shortly. AVOID HIM."
