Be aware of this company, Raul is a nice guy to deal with before the job starts but after one year of service done, they have not returned to finish the job; to make things worse plaster at the bottom of the pool is loose and is breaking, I got no response from anyone and for now my only hope is that next year it will be taken care when season starts.

Worst experience, the stone they place on the new spa broke teo months after, i also paid them for add pavers around and they went and build it on top of the sprinklers system, when i found out they play dome fix a few and promise there were nit more but now water coming from under and he doesnâ t not answer

disappointment with the subpar customer service I have experienced. After causing damage to my liner during installation, the company has neglected to address my concerns and is now avoiding me. Furthermore, the waterfall they constructed is no longer functioning properly. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, I will be forced to pursue legal action to protect my interests.

For starters, I don't know how this company is in business. I would give them -10 stars if I was able to. My experience with Diamond Pools has been absolutely horrific, upsetting, expensive, and downright stressful. I hired Victor 2 months ago in hopes to get my pool remodeled, and instead got taken advantage of. In my eyes, Victor and Diamond Pools are inexperienced pool professionals, and instead professional liars and thieves. I should be swimming in and enjoying my new pool with my kids, but instead I am trying to not only fix up their mess, but recover from my losses. The only thing they have delivered in 2 months is horrible workmanship and awful business practices. Victor offers 0 communication, never shows up when promised, and when he does, provides poor quality of work. The little bit of work that was "completed" was not straight, level, or done correctly. They also left garbage on my property from OTHER jobs. They also took TONS of money and not only failed to deliver what was promised, but also $10k+ in materials. I have tried multiple times to get this fixed by Victor and Diamond Pools. They seem to have no care or remorse and have strictly taken my money and ran with it. I have given them ample time to fix their mess up and complete my job. Instead I am left with less money, more stress, no pool, a huge mess of a backyard, and now have to rely on another company to clean up the mess of Diamond Pools. So far the other company has had to remove all of their work (bond coat, tile, EVERYTHING). I am back at square 1. Do not go anywhere near this company.

Diamond did an excellent job. Arrived on time, worked efficiently, high quality for the price. Replaced our spa, raised it and built a beautiful stone and tile wall around it. Replaced heater, filter and liner. Pool looks brand new. Even arranged for water delivery the day after liner went in. Good communication throughout.

Made my pool look new again for a very good price.
