Filipo Pools llc is unprofessional does poor work lacks customer service skills as well as try is to bait and switch seniors They do not clean equipment or pool properly Always asking for extra money when you have a fixed agreement and either are not knowledgeable about their job or do not have necessary skills to do the proper work Look at the NEGATIVE REVIEWS GOING BACK YEARS WITH THIS COMPANY Filpo his wife and brother are a company to be very careful to do business with We have had it with the lies and false promises and false information and damage filpo pools llc has caused It is obvious they don't care about homeowners especially Seniors and always have there HAND OUT crying for unnecessary added fees when you already have a contract Hope they all business, workmen compensation insurance AND LICENSING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY GOR ANYTHING STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM ERIC AND FILPO POOLS LLC

New home owner with in ground pool, I had no experience with closing an in ground pool before, they were proficient and cleaned up after they were done, help with storing of the pump and covering the heater

Erikson has been awesome and very helpful in getting our pool in shape and beautiful.

Totally unreliable made appointments various times and never showed up and always rescheduled. He never answered my calls. Dont waste your time. He doesnt answer messages and phone calls..... Horrible work ethics!! He seems kind and polite to start with but never a happy ending.

Stay away. Erickson is a poor manager and completely unreliable. He never completed the job and instead of taking responsibility as the owner, he blamed it on his lazy employees. He really said that. He initially quoted me $350 for the opening only to change it to $400 the day before the job. Never vacuumed the pool, said they would come back another day to do so but never did. I got him on the phone only to get hung up on. Now he is dodging me. He screwed me for thus weekend and now I have scramble to find someone. I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau. I wish this site would allow me to post a picture of his crappy work. This guy is a joke.

Beware of this contractor! We hired him to install our above ground pool and he kept postponing the project date and when he finally showed up with his crew, it is as if his crew made him realize that they are in way over their heads! Like the job is too much for them! He gives us an excuse to reschedule then completely disappeared and no longer responds to our calls or texts. This is the 2nd contractor from Angi that is giving us false hope and just disappeared on this project. At least have the decency to admit you cannot do the job instead of giving us false hope and disappearing. Very very unprofessional!!
