Its president, Norm Bauman, began learning the business at his father�s knee, assisting his dad with alarm installation since age ten. In the early 1980�s, Norm also worked for other security companies across New York State, gathering knowledge and honing his techniques. Seeing a need for reliable installation methods and more individualized customer service, he formed his own company, Custom Security Systems, in 1984.

Additional circuits and updated modem were installed in the basement. All work was completed to perfection. The workers were friendly and conscientious, they cleaned every work area. I have full confidence in them and their work. I will be calling them for other jobs in future."
