The team at ITologist was so good I cold not believe it. They knew exactly what the issue was and worked with me to get it taken care of.

I have contacted Nick Goodman several times when my PC was was not working properly. He is always quick to respond to whatever my issue is. He asks the right questions to fix my problems the first time. He always follows up to make sure my I am not having any additional issues. Always a pleasure working with him. He is also courteous of my time and works quickly. He always tells me how long it will take so I am aware. Awesome responsiveness to whatever my problems are. No matter how trivial my issue is, he is always professional and so helpful.

Nick was amazing. My computer has become so slow this past year and I thought I was going to have to dish out another $4K for a new laptop which is ridiculous. But Nick assured me he could reorganize and optimize my computer so that it would perform better. I honestly didn’t think much would happen but it was worth a shot before buying a brand new computer.
