Fortunately, Shawn owned a landscaping business and worked on million dollar houses in California, and Shawn number 2 has flipped house after house always partnering with Shawn. That's the whole reason 12 Roses Construction was started, our owner had a home built and the experience left a lot to be desired, especially when it came time to put the finishing touches on his home, like a fence, landscaping and a concrete pad. Stuart, our owner thought there had to be a better way to conduct business, from showing up on time for appointments to actually giving customers accurate proposals without playing pricing games like marking a project up 5 times and taking off multiple discounts hoping to score the sale at a higher price.
