Description of Work: Wired two porch lamps, and were supposed to install stairs on my back porch. The lamps were wired such that instead on both turning on or off together, one comes on while the other goes off and vice versa. | |The porch was never finished and what they did have done was a very poor job. |1) The steps are not level. They are tilting towards the bottom. Any out of level stair is a safety hazard, esp. when wet or icy. |2) The steps themselves are ordinary lumber, not pressure treated as spec'ed. 3) Some boards are warped and or cracked. |4) One board has a cut mark where the workman started a cut and realized that it was the wrong spot. |
