"The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."

"We contacted Ed Drake the owner of Perfect Exteriors to inspect our roof after finding that we had water damage on some sheetrock and water leaking into our storage areas. We cannot say enough good things about this company. We were told that removing and replacing four large skylights, removing the existing shingles and replacing them that the job would take a day and a half to complete. We have dealt with many different contractors over the years for many renovations but Perfect Exteriors runs the most professional, organized business we have ever hired. Ed Drake and his Field Manager Steve Dewey have an absolutely amazing crew of men. They were extremely organized and all worked well together they were an excellent team. This job was started in the time frame that we were originally given and still completed in a day and a half even with the unexpected additional replacement of 42 sheets of plywood.
