But... they quoted us 3800 for a job that Home Depot did for 1700 with a better unit, and much better warranty. He followed up with a lower price after he did more research. Prior to the start of work, he prepared a well-written contract exchanged on-line. The estimated agreed start date was 3/10/2025.
