"Long delay in coming to measure for an estimate. I also had some tree roots that had lifted a few sections of sidewalk. The owner took measurements & stated he could easily grind the tree roots. He said would mail me an estimate "in the next week or so". Company never sent the estimate as promised, and didn't return subsequent calls or emails. I suspect that he just didn't want to be bothered with tree roots. I didn't like that they left me hanging with NO response."
