GMA Concrete Design

Had him design and pour our stamped patio. The patio sank and is uneven. Has cracks too. Concrete vendors can’t believe the poor work Mike and his team did. Spoke with Mike he could care less and won’t return my current messages. DONT USE HIM.... we are out $7k.

gma did the driveway in May of 2017. I notice there was 2 low spots and the one spot goes across the whole driveway. it is were the second load of concrete starts. in the spring of 2018 I saw the bigger low spot had holes and pieces of concrete pulling off and I called Mike Giangreco about this. Mike came to the house and said the low spot was from the guys not doing the work right and the concrete was being eaten by the road salt from the tires of the car. he said he would take out the low spot and replace the concrete. he said he would need to do a few jobs to get enough cash to fix my driveway. after may phone calls and text messages and the line "he needed a couple more weeks to get me on the schedule" after September of 2018 he will not even take my calls so I will have to take him to court. will let you know how that goes.

The work didn't turn out right. We had to take them to court. They came back to take care of the problem but didn't actually fix it. We took them back to court and they didn't show up. The judge ordered me the judgement.
