I discussed with Scott and decided entire roof replacement in Spring / Summer 2018 with a peak repair & heat cables in November 2018 just to get us through winter. They just finished complete tear off and replacement last week. His crew was at my mom's three long, hot days and did a fabulous job. They were professional at all times, cleaned up their work at the end of each day and the roof looks awesome ! They answered any and all questions I had but one of the things that really stuck with me was that they also reviewed gutters and found one gutter had a piece that butted down to the bottom gutter and thus was totally filled with debris. I was going to ask them to leave it and I would take care of it (I did not think kit was part of their job) but they said Scott has them review these too because a gutter that does not function properly can damage the integrity of the new roof. Bottom line - they fixed it !!!"

"Steer clear, save yourself the headache and money! On 5/31/23 Frank came to our home to provide an estimate for duct cleaning as we were getting our HVAC system replaced. We agreed that the cleaning would happen prior to removal of HVAC & he said to just let him know the date of hvac starting. On 6/6 Frank told us 6/12 with said the rain he could get it done. So we scheduled hvac to start 6/13, as agreed. 6/7 we notified him of the start date, to which he stated he could only do it if it rained. Thursday 6/9 he said now regardless he couldn’t do it Monday, and could do it Tuesday (today) and he would contact Sunday. Surprise, surprise, nothing from him & he wouldn’t answer when we reached out. We reached out yesterday 2x, no response. Got a text THIS MORNING, the day he was supposed to be here saying, sorry can’t come. Dude is totally unprofessional, runs a poor business and leaves potential customers strung along. He knew the system needed to be cleaned prior To install due to mold, yet could care less. I don’t care what type of job he has done with other businesses, he runs a poor company with horrible communication!"
