We were very pleased with this company. My mom's house had two issues that needed to be addressed. 1. Roof repair due to leak - winter 2017. 2. Peak repair due to tree falling - October 2018. I discussed with Scott and decided entire roof replacement in Spring / Summer 2018 with a peak repair & heat cables in November 2018 just to get us through winter. They just finished complete tear off and replacement last week. His crew was at my mom's three long, hot days and did a fabulous job. They were professional at all times, cleaned up their work at the end of each day and the roof looks awesome ! They answered any and all questions I had but one of the things that really stuck with me was that they also reviewed gutters and found one gutter had a piece that butted down to the bottom gutter and thus was totally filled with debris. I was going to ask them to leave it and I would take care of it (I did not think kit was part of their job) but they said Scott has them review these too because a gutter that does not function properly can damage the integrity of the new roof. Bottom line - they fixed it !!!

Removed shingles, put down roofing paper and cleaned up first day. rained for 2 days with no leaks. 2 days later the job was done. very professional crew. high quality job.

The project was completed very quickly and thoroughly with lots of attention to detail. There may be vendors out there that will do it cheaper, but the peace of mind from having it done right was well worth it.

My doctor friend contacted this contractor for me to patch the chimney and replace flashing due to leaking. He stated that he would be able to provide the service within two weeks because he would be in the area anyway. He never showed and never called. After contacting him again, he promised to do the work in about 2 weeks because he was behind. So, again, he did not show up or call. This continued all summer. We waited on him because we thought he was the best in his field, came recommended and because he said he drove by the house and did a 360 of the roof on the computer. He did his homework and with that, we were impressed. However, what was even more impressive and important was the professional hard working contractor who actually showed up and repaired the problems - another contractor at the last minute!

Called to inquire about clearing a roof ice-dam that was causing a serious water leak into the living room of my house. They sent a crew out the following morning. Crew assessed the situation and went up on the ice covered roof - nasty roof pitch, by the way. They worked diligently in single digit degree weather to fix the problem. Leaking completely stopped immediately. There was no reoccurrence of the problem the rest of the winter. Very satisfied.

The roof turned out beautiful. The point was made that the view of my house was essentially 35% roof when looking at it from the front. Making it more of a priority to improve the appearance and choose the right roofing tiles. Workers were diligent in picking up materails on a nightly basis and making sure that it looked well kept. A few nails were encountered after the job was done, but for the most part all litter and nails were picked up to insure safety and tidyness.
