Update on the roof repair from storm roofing ! I fixed it myself for $50.00 ! They wanted to come back to fix it for an additional $650.00 after paying $1000.00 the first time!! It was an easy fix!

Perry and Bruce came out to do my free estimate on 12/23. The price was reasonable. Brink's had Mike come over to start the work on re-grouting the chimney the very next day on 12/24! Mike explained on 12/24 that he would replace the plywood if necessary for an additional $100 as per the contract. Mike came over the day after Christmas to finish fixing the leak around the chimney with ice guard, additional shingles and new flashing. It looks good. We shall see if the leak is gone with the next rain or melting snow. The only concerns I have are the fact that Bruce urinated in the street while Perry was having me sign the service agreement paperwork. There was little to no communication about when Mike was coming over or was actually here to do the work both times. I do not know if there was any guarantee for the work that was done. Again, no communication during or after the job. I expect a guarantee of some kind for the work I paid for to Brink Roofing.

Did a great job

Product was not worth he money. I tried to cancel, they threatened a 500.00 fee for canceling. Would not work with this company again.

We had our roof repaired about 2 months ago due to leaking from our attic dormer. They came out timely and gave a very responsible quote. The issue is though, they fixed all around or chimney and even changed out all the shingles exempt from where the leading was occurring; the dormer. Every week since, it has rained like crazy, and again, the bucket in the attic is full of water due to the constant leak. I have called customer service, really nice and helpful. I have called the gut who did the estimate, once again, great. When the contractor comes out... He puts some black caulking on the roof and calls it a day. When I inform him the leak is still there, he says even though you have a warranty, the quote was for that side of the roof minutes the dormer, that would cost you more to get that fixed, most likely. Do not use Brink! He called my wife last night ans said he is too busy to custom phone calls and the contractor maybe will come back this week.
