"Dave aka Dikeedrin Flores, came to my home, gave me an estimate of raccoon removal. He did not complete the job, and the job he did do was subpar. He was paid over half the bill and then disappeared. Cell phone no longer works, email no longer working. I hired this company through Angi's List. I got no where with them, no response from Dave. Do not hired this guy. He has done this under the company RodentX and I am sure he is on to his next endeavor. I also will say, do not go through Angi's List. They claim that do background checks on their pros, but if they had, they never would have allowed him to advertise on the site. Very disappointed in both Angi's List and Dikreedren Flores. "

"Great people to do business with! Had 2 other companies come to my place for estimates. They priced out "what I wanted done." When Wildlife Management came, they told me that "what I wanted" and what was needed to be done were 2 different things, and explained the reasons why. They were more expensive, but, in the long run is cheaper to do the work on what needed to be done. Because "what I wanted", I have been paying for 5 years now for the same thing. It has now been 6 months since they completed the work, and all is still good. Well worth the money to get it done correctly the first time. Wish that I had found them 5 years ago when the problem first started with the squirrels! They explain everything, and even "dumb down" the wording so that I could understand what was going on and why. Could not ask for a better company to work with! "

"I hired this company last October to illuminate mice and squirrels in my basement. In the beginning I thought highly of John and Anthony and thought they corrected the problem but in January the squirrels were back. I called them and their phone number says that the voicemail is full. I wrote to them and asked them to call me. They never contacted me and still haven’t. I keep trying to contact them, but they refused to accept my calls. John told me I would have a guarantee to get rid of them for one year which did not happen. I am totally frustrated that they won’t even have the courtesy to call me back. I would not recommend them at all."
