Arrow Fence Company Inc

Scott, a salesman from Arrow Fence, was the most positive aspect of our experience with Arrow, unfortunately everything after that fell flat and we are left extremely unhappy and unsatisfied. After the install, we noticed a few minor issues such as the gate being put on the wrong way, but more importantly that black spray paint that was used for touch up, had boldly made its mark on four slabs of brand new concrete. Not only did the install crew not come forward to tell us, but the follow up call to Dave was less than productive and it has been a run around for the past 3 weeks to get a hold of anyone to get some sort of compensation. It is hard for the owner to understand that we do not want Arrow Fence to attempt to clean the marks and potentially make what is bad, worse. The tone of all conversations with Joe and Dave have made us feel like this is our fault, we are an inconvenience to them, and that the problem that their install crew made was minimal. In the end, the bill for full payment was sent to us with the only compensation being that they would try to come and fix it, and we are left with black spray paint markings that will remind us not to recommend or choose Arrow Fence again.

Everyone was great. They did the job quickly and professionally, and the work was completed on time. Even though they were a bit slow with coming back to do a minor repair, the fence is beautiful, and we are pleased with the workmanship.

Contacted the company and an appointment for a quote was provided without any difficulties and very fast. The sales person that came to the house took measurements of not only the area to be done, but the rest of my existing fence around the house.No pressure at all during his time spent here. Gave multiple suggestions on custom gates to match my neighbor's fence. Received many other quotes.Although they were not the cheapest, their quality could easily be seen in the pictures of their work. After deciding to go with the company I was told to mail in 1/3 of total cost and I would have the new fence in 3 weeks. Three weeks came and no word at all so I called the company. I was told by the planner that was to come out and mark the area for the fence that it would be at least another week or two before they would be out. The time past again with no word so I placed a call to the company. Was told another week and all would be set to begin. Once again no word so when I called and told the planner that my experience has been ridiculous he was very apologetic. He provided no real reason for the delay just that I should have been contacted earlier to begin. He came out to my house that afternoon to place markings for the crew and 1.5 weeks later the work began. Make sure you keep checking up the start of your project.

Estimator was nice. Professional. Promised to have work completed by August 1. Didn't hear from company until I reminded them of the promised deadline. Workers were pleasant. When they installed the fence posts, they caused considerable damage to my lawn. Tore plants up. Fence is supposedly "completed" but when I sealed the wood, I noticed the shoddy workmanship (some boards not completely nailed, fence post caps are not level -- some are nailed in two places, some in one, some in three). Left trash on site that I removed after the workmen left. Six weeks after the work was completed, I came home to find a piece of the fence trim laying in the yard. I found it hadn't been fastened to the fence in any way. When I called the owner to complain about shoddy workmanship, he told me I was unreasonable. Who would expect them to actually nail a fence together, clean up after the job was (supposedly) complete, and then return to investigate a complaint? He refused to even investigate! I fastened the trim to the fence. Nailed the other boards that weren't fastened.

They were great in the beginning of the process and although I was told it would take a few weeks, I hadn't heard anything since the end of June. Yesterday they called and said they were ready to install. In under an hour I had my fence. I would use them again if I have future fencing needs.

Arrow Fence was wonderful particularly in light of our experience with our new fence by another vendor. They were efficient and responsive. Helped restore our faith in contractors. We couldn't get the prior vendor to even fix the town code violations they created with their gate- Arrow professionally assessed the situation and fixed the entire situation.
