"Our experience with USA Insulation was a nightmare. We signed a contract, paid a deposit, and were forgotten for weeks until I followed up. The original estimator was fired, and instead of honoring our contract, they reassessed and raised the price by thousands. We reluctantly agreed and spent two weeks cleaning bat feces as instructed. On installation day, the crew said it was an easy job, but the GM refused to proceed due to feces in a corner and canceled the job. After six months of delays, broken agreements, and wasted effort, they refunded us and walked away. USA Insulation is unprofessional, unreliable, and does not honor contracts. Avoid them."

"We hired Angelo's spray foam and Russ a terrible job installing the spray foam you missed spots throughout the ceiling everywhere. We sent him pictures showing him spots he missed and spots that weren't as thick as what we paid for. He agreed that the quality of work was terrible and said he would come and fix it. After 12 weeks of not showing up and making up excuses of why he can't get here, he eventually told us he's not going to fix it. My wife and I filed a lawsuit against him. Too tired to redeem our money to pay another company to come and fix his work. Would not recommend this company"
