Angelo's Southern Tier Spray Foam

We hired Angelo's spray foam and Russ a terrible job installing the spray foam you missed spots throughout the ceiling everywhere. We sent him pictures showing him spots he missed and spots that weren't as thick as what we paid for. He agreed that the quality of work was terrible and said he would come and fix it. After 12 weeks of not showing up and making up excuses of why he can't get here, he eventually told us he's not going to fix it. My wife and I filed a lawsuit against him. Too tired to redeem our money to pay another company to come and fix his work. Would not recommend this company

We were hesitant to hire because of someone who took them to court, but figured we would give them a shot. This is a father daughter company. They are not organized or professional. The father said he would save us a date. We called the next morning to schedule a time to sign the contract. The daughter said she gave it to someone else and her father should not be promising. So fine, we waited the extra week. When it came time for the down payment the price went up. They quickly fixed that. She told me to call her when I was on my way home and she would meet me. She was almost an hour late because of her having a new baby. We had to go to her car to sign the contract because she didn’t want to leave her new baby in the car. Ok we looked past that. We called the day before to make sure they would not stiff us. The daughter promised as long as their hose wasn’t broke they would be here. My husband took off work and at 630 am we get a text message saying they were not coming because they had too much snow in the southern tier. I called to explain we checked to make sure they were coming the day before because we knew a couple people who got stiffed, and that my husband took The day off to be here. He got all frazzled and said I’m not doing the job. They have a deposit from Me of 1400.

Working with Russ and Tara was easy and created no worries from the free estimate to job completion. The product was exactly what we needed and of excellent quality and met the requirements for the location and structure. The estimate was clear and easy to read. Their responsiveness was some of the best we experienced. They also came back promptly to address some spots that the building inspector pointed out as requiring more foam and they handled the call from me with the upmost professionalism and as promised - they addressed those spots within 4 days of my call.
