Overall, I've been happy with their work and service.

I contacted the company regarding my water heater and was able to speak to the manager. We talked about replacing the heater and I described my problem. He helped me clear up one of the problems and talked about how to fix the other problem. I thought about what he had suggested and felt concern about my ability to do it. I called back the next and was given a quote for the project. We set up a time for his service person to come out. He showed up on time and quickly repaired my outlet spout. He also gave me a better quote on replacing the unit. He also charged me the low end of the quote on the work performed. Overall I will use this company again.

I have used D and D Plumbing multiple times, three times before I subscribed to Angies List so my experience and recommendation is based on more than my last experience. I've used three different plumbing service companies in this region with limited satisfaction so I am now using D and D Plumbing exclusively for all my heating and hot water repairs. They are honest in every way and punctual, professional and through. As my grades reflect, I can't recommend them highly enough. I'm surprised there are no other reports submitted on D and D Plumbing, that is why I want to make sure this company get's a outstanding rating. It's the kind of operation that needs to succeed through these difficult economic times. I hope this helps.

They are dispicable and unethical. They came out and the representative said that he did not have the big snake for the sewer so he would have to call someone to bring it out to him. When they brought it out they charged me an additional service call of $80 to bring it out. They were not prepared for the job and still charged me to go back and get it.

Every thing went great.

Noticed leaking water heater during long July 4th weekend. Called Dand D on the first business day thereafter and was able to schedule a service call that afternoon. I appreciated that the scheduler was upfront in advising me of the charges: the service call was $80 per hour; a new 50-gallon water heater would be approx. $525; there would be a trip fee for driving the 23 miles from the next town over; and overtime charges would kick in after 4:30 p.m. She called me back a few minutes later and said the service tech was able to come over that morning (within the hour), which I thought was great. When the service tech arrived, he was very professional and to-the-point. After talking with him, I elected to replace the leaking water heater since it was at the end of its expected service life. He had the new water heater installed in a couple of hours and explained the maintenance requirements and operating procedures for it. All in all, the entire experience went very smoothly, although it was a bit pricey. Given the prompt and reliable service I received, I would use Dand D plumbing again.

He did a good job and fixed everything that was asked of him

The gentleman did the job, and was courteous, however was about a half and hour late.

I called D and D Plumbing who I have used in the past. I called them on Friday morning to have a new hot water heater installed. Much to my surprise they said they could install it that afternoon. John came out at 1PM right on schedule and went right to work. He completed the installation about 5PM that day. He was very courteous and explained things I should be aware of. I would highly recommend D and D Plumbing.

I called in the afternoon and they said they would come out that day. They came out after 5 o'clock which I thought was really kind of nice of him to be sure and come out and make that call. He wasn't rushed and i didn't feel rushed, he did a really nice job. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Went well, was on time, friendly and explained everything he was doing. He even informed me of a coupon that was in the Yellow Pages that I could use. That was much appreciated.

It all went very well. I tried to install the drain kit that I bought from Home Depot. After several hours I gave up and called a plumber. I went to Angies List and found D and D Plumbing. Josh was there within the hour. He installed a proper drain kit and now it works great.

Excellent experience. Scheduling the work was easy (they answered the phone!). The service person that showed up at our house was on time, clean and presentable, professional and obviously knew what he was doing.

Overall it went very well. Brett was the service representative and he did a fine job. Brett explained options to me and was on time to the minute (no waiting around for half a day for somebody to show). Highly recommend Dand D for hydronic work.

Called plumber, sent Chris the next day. He called to ask if he could come early, quickly and efficiently found the problem with the stuck drain. Fixed the drain, flushed the system and told me what might be needed in the future.
