"No contact from vendor; this market 89447 is hugely underserved by Home Advisor and similar companies; virtually no vendors respond to requests for professional help due to distance to 89447 from larger cities. I do not understand why there isn't a policy to upcharge for the additional distance, which I'd be willing to pay for up front if required to get an estimate, if the amount paid could be subtracted from the ultimate total if the vendor does the work for which they provided an estimate. There may be other aspects and other considerations, and they could be built into the cost of services provided, if the vendors would only respond. To be relegated to only local professionals is not always satisfactory due to cost (too little competition) and availability of service (too much lead time). Thanks"
