They over charged us by $2000! How do I know...same thing happened to upstairs unit today. Called Black mountain air and only charged us $300+. Tech said goettl does unnecessary work and charges out the ass! I am sure goettl has some excuse like how it was all necessary and competition wants to bring them down blah blah. They know full well how they are ripping people off! I will write a negative review every day about those crooks till I get my money back from them. So basically that will not happen so bad reviews it is!"

"We were assigned a technician from Air Pro through our Home Warranty company for a leak in the faucet of a walk-in tub. The technician came out and told us we needed to purchase parts but he didn’t know where we could get them. He said we would be responsible for the parts and he would do the installation. We paid him the service fee and after he left I found all his tools in our garage. I tried to contact him at the number he gave us but the voicemail was full. It was a couple of weeks before he came back (after several phone calls) and we had the parts for him, about $400 from Amazon. He then left, saying he needed to get something from a hardware store. We never saw or heard from him again. We had to get a different company to come out, pay the service fee again, only to be told that sort of repair was not covered under our warranty. I was OK with that, but the Air Pro guy should have told us that. I should have kept his tools. When I disputed the charge with the bank, Air Pro responded that the technician came out and even though he gave us the wrong information, we had to pay. I’d give them zero stars—even negative—if I could."
