Despite this, an estimate was only given after the completion of 80% of the work. Although full payment was made at that time, the contractors promised to return with additional materials to finish the job but never did. Additionally, an invoice was only issued upon request and it revealed discrepancies; it included charges for work that was not completed, and some items were billed twice. Furthermore, a subsequent estimate to complete the remaining 20% of the work was quoted at $950, which was unexpectedly $100 higher than the total already paid. This increase was largely due to $450 in travel charges that were not anticipated, as the contractors had sufficient time to complete the job during the initial visit but failed to do so for unclear reasons. "I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."
