+ -1 moreUnfortunately, the service was well below average. A detailed description of the required work was provided through Angi's list and in discussions with the homeowner. Despite this, an estimate was only given after the completion of 80% of the work. Although full payment was made at that time, the contractors promised to return with additional materials to finish the job but never did. Additionally, an invoice was only issued upon request and it revealed discrepancies; it included charges for work that was not completed, and some items were billed twice. Furthermore, a subsequent estimate to complete the remaining 20% of the work was quoted at $950, which was unexpectedly $100 higher than the total already paid. This increase was largely due to $450 in travel charges that were not anticipated, as the contractors had sufficient time to complete the job during the initial visit but failed to do so for unclear reasons. This detail was not disclosed initially nor correctly invoiced."
Description of Work: Backyard has two levels and currently doesn't have a house behind so like to get the second / upper level work done sooner rather than later. 2nd level needs a trench filled in, heavy duty weed barrier installed. Run drip irrigation to plants that are installed. Open to suggestions of what might look good and be low maintenance. Front and Backyards would like trees planted and drip ran to the trees. This could be done in two phases being that it is getting into fall. The second / upper section perhaps this fall and then main front and back in the spring The second / upper level has easy access at the moment since there isn’t a house there yet. Need trench in front of second retaining wall filled in. Heavy duty weed barrier laid down over filled in trench, rock removed and weed barrier laid down than rock reinstalled along with additional rock if necessary. Drip irrigation to 6 (est) ivy plants and additional 6 (est) honeysuckle planted. Open to suggestions for additional plants or trees on upper level
