He not only bent over backwards to convince me that his company was the best choice in providing and installing my new AC unit but continued in overwatch to make sure that the job went exactly as what was promised and that I was completely satisfied which I am. I also want to commend both Caesar and Zach S for their technical efforts in making sure that the project went without a hitch. Along with the AC portion of the project, I was impressed by the plumbing side of their company who fulfilled the membership portion of plumbing tasks which were promised within the free 1 year membership which was included in the cost of the AC project. Due to the diligence of Ricky and the rest of the team, I will surely remain a paid member for years to come after the free one year has lapsed. "Install started 3/18/25 but job not finished until 3/20/25 to dispose old unit. Company did not arrive on time nor did they call re disposing old unit as scheduled and then rescheduled multiple times. My personal schedule was disrupted multiple days. I would be better served by a new Crafted door. The next day the handyman arrived on time. With the materials needed crafted and installed a new access door. 2 hours 300 dollars. I am very pleased with the workmanship."
