Install started 3/18/25 but job not finished until 3/20/25 to dispose old unit. Company did not arrive on time nor did they call re disposing old unit as scheduled and then rescheduled multiple times. My personal schedule was disrupted multiple days. The company did not act until I formally disputed my payment with my bank. This experience was horrible, stressful, and frustrating.

Response from Uncle E's Plumbing
To whom it may concern. I will not be refunding any money to the customer. The customer wants us to refund him the full amount paid of 400.00 The customer was provided an upfront price and agreed upon to install a customer supplied water softener. The water softener was installed and there were no issues with the unit nor the installation. The technician agreed a time frame of 12.00 noon to come back a few days later to pick up the old unit and discard the unit for the customer. The technician was running late the day of the pick and sent the customer a text that he is running 15 minutes late. Instead of arriving at 12.00 pm he arrived at 12:15 pm. I don't see a reason at all for any type of refund because a technician arrive 15 mins late to a call due to being caught in traffic. At no point has the customer stated that the work performed was not done correct or has problems with the install. This is Ludacris and super unreasonable for the customer to want to cancel his credit card payment for a work well performed and even get a full refund because of a small delay in time of arrival. We pride our selves on doing great work at a fair price and taking care of our customer's with the upmost integrity. But I will not tolerate being taken advantage of a customer who wants to scam me for 400.00 dollars over a 15 minute delay. Thank you for letting me respond on this bogus complaint. Uncle e’s was fast, fair priced, and knowledgeable. We were very happy with not only the response time but also how friendly the staff was. They all showed up in marked vans and uniforms which isn’t always the normal for vegas. We will for sure use Uncle E again, and it’s nice to know we know a guy!

Fast quote and then same day service. The price matched the quote which I found to be fair. The Employee was polite, informative, and did the job in the time he said it would be done. Great representative for their company. The office was also friendly when I gave my Payment.
