He looked it over and told me he would get me an estimate. After three follow ups, I got it. $3980 for min. 80 man hours or so. I asked whether that was total proposal or just the labor part. They said they would get back to me. Waited another week or so. They said there will only be labor, no materials cost. I said what's next. She said I had to send them 40% of the estimate and they would put me on the schedule. I asked when the work would be done. She said she had no idea. This year? Maybe. This was in August. Reached out to another local landscaper. He sent two guys and 8 bags of cement and they were done in six hours. $682 total. Can't tell the repaired section from the original."
