masonry
 + -1 moreTheir Angie page said they do rock masonry. I called and they said they were really backed up. I said I could wait. A month later I reached out and they said they would send a guy. He looked it over and told me he would get me an estimate. After three follow ups, I got it. $3980 for min. 80 man hours or so. I asked whether that was total proposal or just the labor part. They said they would get back to me. Waited another week or so. They said there will only be labor, no materials cost. I said what's next. She said I had to send them 40% of the estimate and they would put me on the schedule. I asked when the work would be done. She said she had no idea. This year? Maybe. This was in August. Reached out to another local landscaper. He sent two guys and 8 bags of cement and they were done in six hours. $682 total. Can't tell the repaired section from the original.

Description of Work: Living Water installed our house drip system nearly ten years ago, when they were still a young, small business in Santa Fe. |Mark Broton installed a system, supporting 4 large beds and nearly 2 dozen trees. |This same system is still in service and operating today. |Every year LW does my Spring and Fall turn on-off service and have had the same LW service personnel on site. |LW keeping long term employees says positive things about the work environment they provide, as well as their understanding of keeping long term customers satisfied by presenting a consistent company face at the customer premises. |I strongly recommend Living Water for all landscape and irrigation services.

 + 1 moreWe have been using this company for several years now and we are always satisfied with their work. They come out every spring and fall to take care of the sprinkler system and make sure everything is working properly. We also have them help with the flower beds by doing the weeding and general yard clean up. They have a good crew and do really nice work.

 + -1 moreIt did not start off well. The owner was very cooperative. She sent three men out to turn on the drip system and make sure that the entire area was being serviced correctly. They did nothing and it cost me $100. She took the $100 off of bill. I asked them to come out recently and it looks like they did a good job. They charged and hourly fee. It cost me $65.
