My husband really likes them. The yard always looks nice when they are done. They come each Wednesday without fail.

I still have not heard back from them. I left a message to see if they can come out to give me an estimate. I do not know if they are not interested residential yard service...

All went well, workers showed up as scheduled, got work done and were gone in reasonable time. Worders were professional and knowledgeable of what was to be done.

Wasser & Wasser is an out-of-town company for us. We couldn't find a local landscape firm that was licensed and insured. That was important to us because there were large branches overhanging our roof and also the main electric power lines. We could see safety issues. A representative came and gave us an estimate which, even though they would have to come about 90 miles with trucks, chipper, crew, etc., was about $200 less than a local company (non-insured) gave us the year before. It took several weeks for us to get a set time because of everyone's schedules and Christmas/New Years holidays. When they did give us a definite date they showed up on time. We were completely satisfied with the work done, the professional manner, the clean up, well, just every aspect of the job. We have another tree on the property that will probably have to come down in a few years and we will definitely call for Wasser & Wasser again. I've been recommending the company to my friends and family.

December was the first time I had used W&W. Even though I was not an existing customer, they came out quickly to diagnose the problem and attempted to fix the problem. When it became obvious that the valves needed to be completely redone, they scheduled the repair and showed up the following Tuesday to complete the repair. They explained and demonstrated the problem, the first attempted fix and the ultimate solution. They were professional, timely and informative throughout the process. When we had another issue this past weekend, they responded quickly on Monday morning and were able to fix the problem quickly. Again, they demonstrated the problem, showed me an easy quick fix as well as an ongoing preventative maintenance technique. I have the utmost confidence in the quality of their work and their responsiveness. I also learned a great deal about my irrigation system through their demonstrations and explanations.

excellent work. took 4 days to remove trees and another day and a half to grind stumps. workman who cut down trees used climbing gear and ropes to remove all branches and lower them by rope so they would not drop on the house. also removed most of the pine tree trunk in small pieces to minimize possible damage to yard. cleaned up everything every day.

I spent $125. I would recommend them because they were on time and they did good work.

I found a leak in the watering system and dug it up and found multiple leaks. I tried to fix it my self but those days are gone. I called Wasser & Wasser and they sent some one out in an hour and the service tech fixed the leak and found another and fixed it also. I have gone thru seven other companies in Las Cruces and would not hire one of them again. I have found a company that I can count on to do all my yard work. I want to thank them for their quick response.

Update: Wasser & Wasser must have seen the review on Angie's List and immediately called me to find out what happened. When I explained what happened (see below) and that I had called before to find out why the workers left, they apologized and sent two guys out to finish the work and made things right. I will use them again as when they understood what happened they made it right. Also out of seven companies I have hired the ultimate result is very much to my satisfaction, I hired Wasser & Wasser a few months ago for the first time and they did an excellent job. So after going thru seven other companies and being lied to over and over (work contracted not performed or they decided to do something else) I thought I had finally found a company I could trust. I called them again for service and as scheduled two workers showed up and started to work. They pruned a few bushes on the right side of the yard but nothing of the left side and there were leaves all over the back of the yard. My wife believes if I don't go out and stand right with them, the requested work will never got done; she is right. I went out to talk to the workers and was told that they had to leave and would be back tomorrow. So I called the company and asked why are they leaving? I was told that should have not happened. They came back the next day and told my wife they had finished the previous day; there was still at least half of the work to be done. I had to go out and finish the job. Since I don't have a blower it is not done yet.

Danny Wasser is very professional. There were some issues that weren't completed to my satisfaction and Wasser sent someone out to fix them.

Wasser & Wasser Inc are great. They have a cherry picker and tractor to do heavy-duty landscaping. I've used them twice over the last couple of years. They're not cheap, but you get about 5 or 6 workers with big equipment. For what they do, they're worth the money. They took away all the mess. There's not a lot of choices for this kind of service in this area.

They were professional and did a good job; the price is fair and I would recommend them to others.

They were courteous when I called, were able to come promptly, repaired the valve successfully and did only what was necessary. Just as important was that all my questions were answered clearly and I learned a lot about drip systems for future reference. I will call them again when I need help, not just for irrigation but for any landscape issues requiring services they offer.

Danny Wasser came out to look over the property and give us an estimate. He sent a crew out to do lots of clean up work from a summer of weeds! We have a large property so this was quite a job. They also removed a tree stump. This took lots of digging and rearranging rock. They also added metal edging around several sections of the property. We were very happy with their work.

They haven't done anything, including return my phone call to get an initial estimate. I would have been happy with a phone call saying they were busy, but would get back to me on "x" date. They must not need the business.

They sent two different technicians 3 times, and they were unable to repair; and they said they did repair!! I called somebody else who repaired it right away, easily and successfully.

Wasser & Wasser is a family owned business. I have had very good service with them. They have been really good. They had to kill off my grass, because I have a tree that was planted in 1994 that was not planted deep enough. It had roots everywhere on top and it kept the grass from getting mowed. It took awhile to kill the grass, but when it started getting warmer they dug it all up and reworked the irrigation to water the tree in a much deeper way. I told them things didn't seem to be working right and they came out and found a leak. They listen and are very reasonable. I don't have any problems. Some people will say they are expensive, but I had had another company come out and I spent hundreds of dollars to have them pull some stuff out and I came to realize that they didn't know what they were doing or what plants they were dealing with. I had gotten 3 different opinions and Wasser & Wasser were the only ones with an arborist who knew about the trees. Some people may have had a bad experience with them, but I have not. I have had a good experience. This whole process has been several months and they have always gotten right back to me. I have asked them crazy questions. They were willing to teach me what to do with my own bushes. I told them I couldn't have them do everything and that as long as I am physically able I am going to do this, this, and this. They said sure and this is how you do it. I appreciated that. They were willing to work with me. I was satisfied with their price, since I know I wasted money on some other people. Their price was comparable to another bid I had. I will have them back. I had bought this house from a little old lady. She was part of a garden club and had done all these wonderful things, but it had gotten out of control.

It goes like this: I call them, they give me an estimate and they finish the job on time and within budget....every time. The work is always well done and I (and this is rare when dealing with a contractor) am never mad, disappointed or annoyed. I always get what I expected or my expectations are surpassed.

Project took three days of trenching, installing irrigation and then planting of several large trees and numerous shrubs followed by installation of drip system. Employees very knowledgeable regarding proper irrigation techniques. Very professional and explained all facets of the project as they performed the work. Cleaned up after themselves and really reflected pride in themselves and their company. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for and would not hesitate to use them again. The quality of the work was nothing short of outstanding. A class act operation from the top down to the employees in the field.

In the past, they have come out and checked on a dying tree, gave it a dose of fertilizer and it came back. Unfortunately, the February 2011 freeze took out a lot of area trees including this one, which was fragile at best. They've done a yard clean up. Fixed a broken sprinkle line that ran under a sidewalk. I've been happy with their work and their professionalism. Honestly, I hired a local clean up guy before Wasser & Wasser but he was very unprofessional. Cheaper, but sort of a hack.

They did a wonderful job. The lawn maintenance crews were courteous and polite and worked from the time they got here. They cleaned up and removed all debris. The tree trimming crew were really good and knew their job. They informed me that my mulberry tree had termites and recommended a company to call. In fact, I am going to use them to maintain my lawn on a permenant basis.
