"Mark of Window Depot in Taos NM was quick to respond to our inquiry. The installers were good and thorough. The new windows were good. Unfortunately, the color was not what was ordered (and on the invoice). We actually liked the color, and we asked Mark to contact us thinking he would apologize for the mistake. We were clear that we liked the blinds (even though not what we ordered) and were not asking for them to be replaced. Mark never responded to calls and texts. Very disappointing."

"Mark of Window Depot in Taos NM was quick to respond to our inquiry. The installers were good and thorough. The new windows were good. Unfortunately, the color was not what was ordered (and on the invoice). We actually liked the color, and we asked Mark to contact us thinking he would apologize for the mistake.
