Window Connection

I really, really liked them. They were not pushy at all. They respected that we had some knowledge of what we were looking for and what we wanted. Every other company had quoted us between $15,000-$22,0000 and Window Connection gave us everything we wanted and more for just under $10,000. They were wonderful! I would definitely recommend them! Update 7/26/2013 - It rained last night, and the windows are not keeping rain out. He said it's going to rain inside with these windows and that it wasn't his fault. Updated 8/11/2013 Very disappointed! Have changed my review from an “A” to an “F”. I should have waited to see how the weather would have affected the windows. One of the small windows cracked after a few days that it was installed. Of course I had just paid the finally payment. Contacted Window Connection to have it repaired and was told that the subcontracted would call me to set up an appointment to have it replaced. After several weeks of back and forth emails with Window Connection and calling the subcontractor with nothing being solved I contacted the company that makes our windows to us see if they could help out in getting the window installed since I had the new glass replacement sitting in my garage. The District Manager contacted a company call another company who in turned connected me. I was told that I would be contacted by yet another subcontractor to set up an appointment. After a couple weeks I was contacted again by the company that a different subcontractor would call me. By then we were into our monsoon season for our area. My husband called me at work to inform me that four of our slider windows had water running down the center of the window and filling up the window track inside and running down the wall inside. This was Friday July 19. I contacted Window Connection by email, since the phone calls were not being answered. I was contacted that Monday July 22 by the original subcontractor who put the windows in who said that he could meet at my house that day. I met him after work and he said that he needed to reseal around the window since the caulking tended to shrink. He did reseal the windows that were leaking and the areas that I noticed that were not original caulked. He then preformed a water test on one of the window that was leaking. The water came in from the center of the window and filled up the window track. He informed me that there was nothing that he could do since it was a problem with the windows and he only installed the windows. I needed to contact the manager at Window Connect. He did finally replace the broken glass which took all of 30 minutes, if that. Let see the window cracked on May 18th and was repaired on July 22. I am now struggling with the manager of Window Connection and the company Simonton as to how the windows can be repaired for the issue of water leakage. They keep trying to tell me that water is supposed to come in. Figure that one out. I would not recommend Window Connection or the company that makes our windows to anyone.
