Now I am seeking to branch off and show my skills by fixing residential homes. I do have a residential contractors license but it is under a different company name. "I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"PURCHASED FROM A TUFF SHED DEALER in ABQ, NM. So many exposed nails on inside from a ‘missed the stud scenario’. There is one area where the screw attaching the outside vertical component of the shed to the floor of the shed was not screwed in completely, an 1/4” space existed between the side wall and the floor. Every nail/ screw in the manufacture of the building is not redundant. This represents a compromise in the structural integrity of the Tuff Shed. These are the company’s policies. EXCELLENCE POLICY: Taking all necessary steps to create the best products and supply the best services. INTEGRITY POLICY: Living up to our promises, commitments and responsibilities. Both of their policies were not fulfilled in construction of my shed!!"

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"Hello, Dojo Builders built our house in 2018. Each year we have had problems with the construction. Every year we have had a roof leak. First year we discovered the water heater was improperly ventilated and would not function and had to be replaced. Improperly sealed tile. Leaking sink. Crumbling concrete steps. Most problematic has been the multiple roof leaks every year for seven years. Two bedrooms and one bathroom have had roof leaks. Stucco has pulled away from the exterior windows causing additional leaks. All within the first 7 years of construction. "
