You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need.

Perfect fit, professional look, great quality for a great price. Very happy! I made two more orders after this one and continue to be very pleased.

Good. Nothing spectacular. Cheap materials. Some of the cassettes broke in the delivery process, but you get what you pay for.

I've installed blinds from select blinds in every room in my home, plus blinds I installed on the 2 glass entry way doors that are west facing on the back side of my home. The quality is excellent, and considering they are custom made, I received them quicker than expected. These are by far the best blinds on the market. Dan Quinn

I was referred to selectblinds by a close friend and was initially happy with the first set I got, so I ended up buying sets for every room of the house. Unfortunately, not long after installing them, I noticed how poor quality the blinds are. Some don't close perfectly, some have rough edges where you could see they were sloppily cut. Things got worse every time I had to deal with customer service. Multiple times, the representative didn't even understand how the blinds worked and gave completely incorrect directions. Between the incompetence of customer support and the poor quality blinds, it's one of the worst companies I've ever worked with.

Not well. Sent them measurements from my recently installed, brand new windows for inside mount blinds. Received 5 sets of blinds, only 2 fit the windows, 3 have no window sill clearance and each individual slat needs to be adjusted when opening and closing. They say the can remake 1 for free due to wrong size...???... wasted $360. Regret using this site, wasting my time and money.

Amazingly easy to install with very well written instructions. The bonus is the window blind is absolutely what I wanted and needed for my home office! It provides diffused sunlight but also an option to see out through the blind without losing privacy,

The blinds were beautiful but ¼ inch too long. They normally take ¼ off for security but not this time. And since it was a custom blinds order they also refused to take them back and trim them. As a result, I had to trim them manually with a hacksaw. I’m 8 months pregnant. Very annoying.

Tried SelectBlinds after using a competitor for years. Pricing was comparable. However craftsmanship was bad (sides of weighted bottom on roller shades not heat sealed and I was told that was how they were manufactured). Also, the order shipped without a remote and these motorized shades have no backup to the remote (unlike the competitor item I’ve purchased). Was left without operable blinds for approximately four days. Customer service overnighted a remote, but overall pretty disappointed for the price.

I placed an order for 3 tops down bottoms up cordless pleated blackout shades, to replace similar light filtering shades from another company. The shades were reasonably priced, arrived on time and fit correctly. However I'm unimpressed with their overall quality. Three things bother me about the blinds: 1) they are extremely noisy when being raised or lowered 2) they need to be adjusted for level every time they are raised or lowered 3) inside the upper housing, there is a string that appears to move as the blinds are raised or lowered. Since the string rubs against parts in the housing, it is likely it will eventually break. I don't think I'd buy these again.

Window blind was exactly as expected! Cut was as ordered. Cordless raise and lower keeps look clean and safe for little kids!

Faux wooden blinds are beautiful, but I should have sent for a color sample before ordering as it wasn't as dark as I thought. Roman roll up shades aren't as expected, but will suffice for the meantime.

Fast delivery for the amount of blinds that were ordered (17 zebra blinds). All blinds fit perfectly and are a beautiful addition to our new home. The blinds ordered were remote controlled and the issue I had with that is that the blinds were not well numbered as per my programming list. I did have to experiment with what remote controls which blind. One of the small shades was damaged in shipment. Working with company now to see if we can get a replacement shade.

Nope 👎 I ordered 33.5 and received 30.0 Incorrect size Quality is extremely poor and find this too expensive for the quality. I request a discount for the error since due to time I have to keep them or returned them in a month bc I’m going out of the country .

The product was everything I wanted and more. Five stars for the quality. The shades were made of high quality fabric with a blackout liner, and wooden dowel/frame. You really get what you pay for. It was definitely more money than I wanted to spend on window treatments but after putting these up, I do not regret it a bit. Every shade I purchased fit each window exactly. Five stars for the service. I wasn't sure which fabric to choose from. Select Blinds sent free samples and each sample listed what styles is offered for each pattern. The samples arrived quickly and once I ordered my shades, I recieved updates regularly. The shades even arrived earlier than expected. I would highly recommend Select Blinds in the future to any person looking for window treatments. I am looking at shade options for my back porch now because I am so happy with my first order. I will be shopping here more.

These were built to size correctly and definitely are black out shades. They are pretty perfect. The only minor complaint I have is the retract just a bit at the bottom leaving some light, but it's a minor complaint.

Once these shades were installed we realized why they are so much cheaper than their higher end competitors. The casing hardware is big and bulky, so much so that it creates a larger-than-desired gap from the window which allows ample light in from either side of the shades. I measured the exact opening of the window casing which I later find out that that they take off 1.5" of the ordered width. So between that rather large deduction and the bulky hardware of course there's going to be more than enough light coming through all around. The shade material itself is nice, but unfortunately we're now stuck with blackout shades that don't effectively work. If I had to do it all over again I would spend the extra money to get custom in-home measurement and install.

The blind arrived undamaged due to its impressive packaging. It was easy to install. The mechanisms operate smoothly and quietly. The wood slats and valance are nicely finished.

Excellent quality. These were perfect for our new basement windows. Could not have asked for a better product. Easy to install, well-made, and very attractive.
