"We hired the company to install a kit and descale our hot water heater. Techs showed up and seemed angry at how much work had to be done and the fact they forgot to bring a descaling kit. Techs never responded to questions during the process nor did they go over the work that was done. It was uncomfortable to have them in our house. After we contacted the owner “Frank” about the experience he informed us his brother in law was on the job and he didn’t need to listen to anymore from us. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

Waited the 12 hours as asked then called 3 times today and NO CALL BACK. I have no AC and I'm not about to buy another unit when this one started failing @ 8 years old. I was patient, now I'm going to make sure everyone I know is aware of my experience with this company. This company is not like it used to be."
