"I can't say enough about working with Diane at Carriage House II. I found them via an internet search. Diane keep me informed about every step of the project. Two of the chairs were done in a beautiful large paisley print, which they perfectly matched. The other four were done in a subdued brown tweed, subtly picking up the colors in the paisley print. They not only upholstered the chairs, but also strengthened them and fixed a broken one. The chairs are better then they have ever been. I can't thank them enough. My dining room has a designer look with these "new" chairs."

"Santo is the ultimate professional when it comes to designing your home. As I have reviewed him TN the past his work is second to none. He initially did work on home that we loved and therefore asked him to do our upstairs. He painted, put in molding and wood flooring. He updated our master bath, he even replaced our doors to our bedroom with pocket doors. His woodwork mastery is just exceptional. He has given our home a look and feel that it didn't have before. We had carpet on our staircase and landings leading up stairs. We asked Santo to replace that with wood flooring Not only did he replace the flooring, he went with us to pick it out.My staircase hS become the focal part of our home. "Carlos Dominguez shows no respect to his customer. It is unprofessional - and totally unacceptable - to not answer my emails, telephone calls, text messages. He walked away from my kitchen remodeling project after my email, where I expressed unhappiness with the quality of work, expecting more from someone who has 95% five-star rating. In three and a half days of work there were multiple mistakes in plumbing: including selecting the wrong PVC fittings, not installing the roof vent flashing properly, and drilling oversized holes in the studs violating the building code. Similarly - ignoring the manufacturer's installation manual - he shows up with the wrong duct size for the kitchen exhaust. It must be embarrassing to face criticism from a homeowner, who seems to know more, or care more about things getting done right. His answer: sending a check back without any word, claiming full credit for unfinished, uninspected work. No discussion. Is client satisfaction is the number one goal?"
