"I am not one to write stellar reviews these days but this will be an exception. My refrigerator was no longer keeping cold and ice cream was soup in the freezer. Did not have a known solution so I searched on Angi which came up with 4 options. Russell (RJ Appliance Repair) was extremely prompt in replying to my needs and was very professional and seemed honest so I figured I would try until I had a reason to move on. Russell came out and gave me my options and I decided to get a new one which was a bit of a challenge due to space requirements. I had a new one installed and found Russell to be awesome through the whole process. He was very prompt, professional, friendly, honest and informative through the whole process. If anyone needs help with appliances, please stay local and with a family owned business and call Russell. I cannot thank him enough and rate his services very high. This is very rare in today's world. You get what you pay for...... All said Russell gets 5 plus stars. Hope this review helps Russell and anyone reading it. Win Win!"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Phenomenal service by the QNR HVAC and Drain crew. Our tankless water heater broke and needed to be fully replaced. We called them on a Saturday and by Monday afternoon the heater was replaced! Excellent craftsmanship from detailed-oriented technicians. They explained everything they were doing and understood the challenge of being at a home without hot water. Highly recommend them!"

"Beware of this appliance repair company! They claim to be experts but have no idea what theyre doing. We hired them to fix our leaking thermador refrigerator. After the first visit, they said we had to replace a specific part. They came with the wrong part then another visit with the supposed correct one. We paid for the part and service charge and the leak continued. They came back and said we had to replace another part which we did an again paid for the part and repair. The issue persisted. They came back and said we had to replace another part which we did. It still didn?t resolve the issue. Finally they said leave your fridge open for 48 hours and it?ll resolve itself. Months later, and endless back and forth with them including about 10 visits we STILL have a leaking fridges we paid so much $$ changed parts that didn?t need to be changed and are at the same point we started before calling them. They are also incredibly rude and condescending. Stay away!"

"My dishwasher was having issues with no hot water for which I hired Ana’s. Initially he got it fixed but it only would rinse with hot water but not wash so I called him back to take a look but instead of solving the first issue it’s completely broken and now I have to spend thousands on replacement of a working dishwasher. I would not recommend using them"

"These guys are great. I have an 18 year old subzero fridge which suddenly started overcooling the fridge section but making ice fine in the freezer section. Milk was freezing solid. They came out on a Sunday afternoon and diagnosed a faulty control panel. They ordered a new panel and came back Thursday evening to install. Friendly and good communication. Absolutely recommended. Good pricing."
