Sean arrives on time tackled my refrigerator in less than 40 minutes. My washer was up and running extremely satisfied with work he performed reasonable price would recommend him to any customer satisfied customer from West Orange NJ.

Refrigerator wasn't cooling properly and broiler in stove was not working. Shawn knew immediately what needed to be replaced and fixed both! He's extremely knowledgeable and explained any questions that I had too. Very pleasant and professional. Both appliances are working great again! Showed up on time. Unfortunately his tools were not working and was unable to fix the problem at that time. He promised to come back later. He did with new tools and fixed the problem. Also texted and called to make sure the freezer was fixed.

Shawn was awesome! He called and scheduled to come out the same day I reached out to him. He came out to diagnose the problem, ordered the part needed while he was here, and came out to to fix our fridge and everything just 2 days later once it arrived. He was polite, professional, and fast. I would highly recommend him and will reach out again for sure!

Yesterday I contacted Majestic Appliance Repair to repair my dryer. I spoke with Sean, and he dispatched a wonderful technician who was at my home within an hour! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, worked in a neat manner and was simply lovely. He fixed the issue quickly and the charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!
