How we began As veterans of the industry for more than 10 years, we formed the company in Brooklyn in June 2016 with just one van and one technician. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

Which apparently means nothing to them What makes matters worse, the Emergency Service we paid through another HVAC provider was only necessary because of an issue they created during the installation. During the installation Speer Air originally ran the line for the residual pump over the copper hot water line. Which over time burned through the residual line, and then cause a hole and leak on the copper pipe."
