"If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

"Diamond Electrical Services is a top notch company. I came across them a few years ago and have used them on several different occasions for both small and big projects. This last project was a big one. It included upgrading a panel, installation of new recessed lighting and adding several new outlets and light switches. It also included removing old and incorrect electrical outlets/wiring that was previously installed in the room. I have a sense of relief knowing that I don’t have to search for a reliable and trustworthy company because they are my go-to each and every time. Tony and Vinny have always been extremely professional and provide excellent service. Scheduling of estimate and work was easy; communication was great; and they were always on time. Tony has been very patient with some of my indecisiveness and length of some of my projects. He was also extremely helpful with his advice and recommendations. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend!"
