I highly recommend First Class Electric. I called this morning and by 10 am Joey the technician was calling me confirming he was on his way. The operator who made the appointment was very friendly and helpful. The technician Joey was very knowledgeable and friendly. He is an asset to your company! He understood what needed to be done and explained his plan. He made sure I was satisfied and answered every question. I will definitely use this company again but I want Joey to be the technician. Thank You!!!

I have changed the rating to an A for the review below because the company offered us a full refund for the trouble. I think this is a very professional way to do business. Other companies would simply had said " Too bad, we wont do anything about it." I appreciate the company's responsiveness and offer of a refund. __________________________________________________________________________________ We had no heat because the electrical on our thermostat was shorted out. I called a few electricians and they told me that they didn't do that, only simple installations. We had no heat and when I was making the appointment and I SPECIFICALLY told them that the thermostat was shorted and they assured me that they can fix it. This was on a Thursday for a Monday morning appt. since we were going to be away for the weekend. So I would have had plenty of time to schedule an HVAC ahead of time. When the electrician arrived - first thing he said was - that they don't work on the shorted thermostats only simple installation and I needed to call an HVAC. Needless to say I couldn't get an HVAC to come immediately and we had to live another day without heat.

The entire experience was very pleasant. Imani and Neil were very courteous and professional. The entire transaction left me very pleased. I will definitely call them again.

Neal, the technician was very professional and I was very satisfied with the work done.

Technician came and diagnosed the issues and stated he would need to open up the roof. Came back another day and discovered that the problem would not require opening the ceiling. Ran to home depot to get some supplies and came back and had lights in my 2nd, 3rd floor bathrooms, and hallway working again within a hour. All in all it wound up costing me a 1/3 of the qouted price. Very promopt, professional and kind and absolutely will use them for any electrical needs I have in the future. I believe my technicians name was Jean or Neil, i wish I remembered for sure because he was excellent.

It was a very difficult job. They had to access the crawlspace above to install new wiring. They did a great job.

It went great! We used this company in 2015 for installation of emergency generator plug in outlet and breakers. They performed the work as we agreed, no surprises or attempts to up-sell. This time it was a small job, and they were again, on time, professional, and respected our home. I will use them again when needed, as well as refer them to family and friends. Thank you!!

They were running a little behind, but still within the 3 hour window I was quoted, They called to say they were sorry, as the last job had some complications. I told them it was ok, no issue, but they dropped 25.00 from the price. The gentleman was quick, efficient, and very polite. He was done within 20 minutes. I would hire them again.

The above was a secret present to my husband. Neil, at First Class, came to my home to spec out the job, which was fairly complicated. While I was out of the country , and only able to correspond 5hrough email and a friend’s phone, he was able to give a quote and explain 5he extent of the job. One day before my husband’s birthday, Neil returned, waited for my husband to leave the house, and then proceeded with the work, which was accomplished professionally, neatly, and punctually. I couldn’t ask for better service, reliability and expertise of craft.

He did considerable electric work including capping open wires, removing a lamp post and more. I highly recommend him.

Neil showed up on time. Give me an estimate. Performance to work flawlessly. I was very happy with his professionalism. He took the time to instruct me on how to work my generator with the new transfer switch. Very highly recommended. He also installed an outlet on the outside of our house.

Called and arranged for a tech to come out. We did not have him perform any work because he informed me that the fee was $175 per hour from the second he pulls up to the house.
