It was fantastic and flowless every time. I've been working with Thomas for 30 years now. They were timely, they do everything professionally, no cutting corners ever, they'll try to solve your problem, they promise what they deliver and deliver what they promise.

The company is under new management this year so previous reviews may no longer be valid. Their web page does not link to a current email. They were hired to prepare the outside electrical fixtures for placement of new siding and to install ceiling fan in a bathroom. They were unwilling to discuss the needs of the siding contractor until I made the call and forced them to talk. They cut the drywall from the attic so the cut is very rough in the interior of the bathroom. The technician also fell off the rafters and through the ceiling. I called to inquire about what they intended with respect to repair the damage and never received a response. I will now need to hire a drywall contractor/painter to fix their mess at additional expense. Caution to all, recommendations and reviews are only as good as the ownership when reviewed.

They did a good job and fixed both but told me I needed a 2 gang bubble cover for the outlet near the pool. They told me they didn't have it with them but they could return later to put it on- I didn't even need to be there. they charged me for it. They never came back. I have called at least once per week since 7/10- and I have spoken to 2 different people there. Each time they say- ok, we will come back and put it on. Today is 8/9/17 and they still haven't returned. it is very frustrating because they already cashed my check for $272.52 Very poor customer service. I have the invoice to show they charged me, but at a loss at what I can do.

Very impressed. The team from AK were professional, hard working and reliable. Took great care to minimize damage to plaster walls during their work, which required skill and experience. Highly recommend this company. A very positive experience.

Spoke with Tom who owns AK Electric and he gave me an estimate. It happened to be the lowest out of the four companies I received estimates from. Told him I needed a job done quickly and he had guys out to me the next day. Both were extremely professional and though they had to finish the following day because of complications on my part, they did agreat job. Tom personally came out and made sure everything was to my satisfaction and would accept nothing less. I plan on using the companyto hook up a generator to the house once the snow melts. Tom couldn't be any nicer or more fair and the work is guaranteed 2 years. Highly recommend them.

This is second time i used this outfit. They were here on time. Work was very profesional.Work area was left clean. The work was done in good time.

AK Electric is first rate. Tom (the owner) came out and provided me with an estimate. It looked good to me and I approved the work. As soon as the siding project was done, I scheduled the electric work with Tom. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went to work. I'm very please with their work habits and clean up. This is a reputable firm to work with. They are first rate.

They showed up early! I've hired them before and they did a great job.
