Gail, the scheduling coordinator, was very responsive and helpful every step of the way keeping us informed about what work was going to be done next. John, our project manager, was great and made sure all the work was completed efficiently and on time. The work crews coming in and out were outstanding. They were very respectful of our home, worked nonstop until the work was finished, and did an excellent job cleaning up every day. The biggest, and only, headache we encountered was waiting for inspections from our town, which is completely out of Basic Basements' control. We are very pleased and would 100% use them again."

"Marlene and her crew were very professional, neat, experienced and efficient, in all components of the project. The exterior cedar shakes needed an extensive amount of scraping and preparation before painting and this job was completed meticulously before the house was primed and painted. The deck was power washed and sealed in preparation for the winter and the stone wall was power washed as well. Each day, when working on the interior painting and wall paper removal, the work area was closed off so that dust would not spread throughout the house and was left neat and clean at the end of the day. The ceilings, walls and woodwork were painted and an old window was replaced as well. The entire house looked its best in preparation for putting it on the market. In addition, the price was extremely fair for the amount of work that was done. I would recommend Go Green for anyone who is looking to complete a home improvement project or wants to get their home ready for the all important Open House."

George is extremely easy to work with, and we were happy to see him every day for 6 months!! George is punctual and shows up when he says, he works hard and even showed up during snow storms and weekend when needed. George stuck to his timeline and always communicated with us...even answered my 100 phone calls. He has an attention to detail that is unlike any other. We have two small boys and he made sure to keep all construction areas safe for them and even showed up with hammers and safety glasses so they could help knock walls down!!!
